Ingredients:
Garlic chopped
Green banana pepper
Ginger
Shallots
Green onions
Coconut milk
Tilapia
Spinach leaves
Instructions:
1. Sautee Ginger in hot oil followed by the garlic then the shallots until golden brown.
2. Pour in the coconut milk and let it boil.
3. Put in the tilapia fish
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Add in the chopped green banana pepper.
7. Simmer until the fish is cooked.
8. Add in the Spinach leaves then the green onions
9. Simmer until vegetable is cooked until desired.
10. Serve with hot steamed rice.
